We have a ZERO TOLERENCE Spam Policy. Anyone found to be promoting our products through unsolicited emails, forum spam, blog comment spam, safelists, or similar methods will have their accounts cancelled immediately and forfeit all outstanding commissions. Determination of a violation of this policy is at the vendors sole discretion.
If you have any questions about whether a promotional method you would like to use is in violation of our Spam Policy or Terms Of Use Policy, contact us before you promote and we will tell you whether your planned promotion is acceptable.

This affiliate program operates at Go-To Guy! Enterprises’s sole discretion. Go-To Guy! Enterprises reserves the right to modify the terms of the program or discontinue it entirely. If the program is discontinued, Go-To Guy! Enterprises’s sole obligation will be payment of outstanding commissions.
Affiliates are independant agents and there is no employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship with Go-To Guy! Enterprises. Affiliates may not imply any such relationship.
As independent agents, affiliates are responsible for any and all taxes and fees incurred as a result of the commissions they earn. Affiliates are also responsible for obtaining all relevant licenses and permits required for the legal operation of their business.
This affiliate program is operated using the 3rd party services of the e-Junkie.com shopping cart service. We use this service in good faith, but offer no warranty and accept no liability for the fitness or reliability of their affiliate tracking system.
Any questions or concerns about the affiliate tracking system should be addressed directly to e-Junkie.com.
Affiliates are expected to promote our products responsibly and ethically. Use of deceptive sales practices, unsolicited bulk email, and other such business practices are grounds for immediate removal from our program and the forfeit of any outstanding commissions.
We also forbid promotion of our products through 3rd party services in a manner that violates their Terms Of Service. 3rd party services include Blogger.com, Facebook.com, MySpace.com, YouTube.com, discussion forums, and newsgroups. Please carefully read the Terms of Service agreements of any 3rd party service where you intend to promote our products. Violation of such terms of service is grounds for immediate removal from our affiliate program and the forfeit of any outstanding commissions.
Affiliates are not permitted to order products through their own links. No commissions will be paid on such orders and they may result in suspension from our affiliate program.
Affiliates are also bound by the Use Terms of e-Junkie.com.
