In a recent email I shared the numbers behind some of the successes I have had posting videos on YouTube. Some folks wanted to see the actual videos behind the numbers. So, here they are.
From this point forward, the actual viewer stats on these videos will be slightly skewed because people will be watching them who aren’t interested in the topic. But, as of this writing, these videos have generated more than 588,132 views. Beyond the cool factor of having videos that have been watch over a half-million times, these videos have generate income too!
The videos have URL branding in them that leads viewers back to my websites where I sell advertising and market products in the niche. I have also enabled monetization for most of them, so YouTube sells advertising on the video playback stream and splits the revenue with me every month.
